For my MA capstone project, I merged my passion for fashion and hospitality by exploring a strategic partnership between Loro Piana and Aman, specifically proposing an ultra-exclusive Loro Piana Suite at Aman New York. This concept imagines how experiential luxury can deepen client loyalty and reinforce brand equity through highly intentional and exclusive products, experiences, and services. While I’m still refining a few analyses based on recent feedback, I’m incredibly proud of the dedication, research, and creative strategy behind this project—it represents a true culmination of my studies, professional experience, and my commitment to crafting meaningful luxury experiences.

As part of my Visual Narrative for Consumer Engagement course, I designed a conceptual hospitality experience for Veuve Clicquot, envisioning a luxury ski-in, ski-out pop-up that translated the brand’s vibrant personality into an immersive physical environment. Using RoomStyler to visualize the space, I integrated brand, market, and consumer insights to ensure the concept reflected Veuve Clicquot’s balance of heritage, warmth, and modern celebration. The project explored how spatial storytelling and experiential design can deepen emotional engagement and bring a heritage brand to life through contemporary hospitality.

As part of my Advertising Luxury course, my team developed Loro Piana Attivo — a conceptual brand extension introducing activewear to the heritage Italian maison’s portfolio. The project focused on blending Loro Piana’s signature craftsmanship and performance fabrics with the growing demand for elevated, functional apparel in the luxury leisure market. I contributed to the executive summary, market analysis, and IMC (Integrated Marketing Communications) plan, with emphasis on the activewear landscape, strategic partnerships, media timing, campaign tracking, and ad diagnostics. This project deepened my understanding of strategic brand expansion within the luxury sector and ultimately inspired me to further explore Loro Piana for my graduate capstone project.

Through this individual project for my Visual Narrative class, I had the opportunity to bring this Dior brand storytelling short film to life — from concept to execution. I served as creative director, producer, videographer, and editor, overseeing every stage of the process. This film holds a special place in my heart, as it reimagines Dior’s timeless legacy through a modern, feminine lens. I’m proud of how it captures the emotion, elegance, and artistry at the heart of the Dior brand. I hope you enjoy watching it as much as I loved creating it.

Through my Supply Chain Management course, I collaborated with a team to develop a conceptual luxury western brand — Spaghetti Western Supply Co. — inspired by the bold aesthetics and cinematic flair of classic spaghetti western films. Our mission was to reimagine western wear through a luxury lens, blending timeless craftsmanship with contemporary design. We defined the brand’s vision and values, identified our target customer, and positioned the label through a competitive analysis within the global luxury market. Throughout the project, I contributed to multiple strategic and operational components, including: Mission, Vision, and Values development Target customer profiling and brand positioning Competitive analysis within the luxury apparel sector Country research focused on Egypt, including country ranking and analysis Supplier ranking and sourcing evaluation Line plan and cost sheet creation for our signature “Extras” shirt Tech packs for the shirt design Oversight of the supplier analysis and final sourcing strategy This was one of the most comprehensive projects of my program—an immersive exploration of the entire supply chain process, from ideation to production logistics. It gave me a deep appreciation for how intricate and interdependent every step is—especially when it comes to producing just one garment.
